The monthly price is your platform license, one per firm. The build is quoted for your exact stack, starting at the price shown. Every plan covers a set number of onboardings a month, and a heavy month bills a small per-onboarding overage.

Do we pay per user?
No. One license covers the whole firm. Add as many attorneys and staff as you like.
Can we add tools later?
Yes. Your plan follows the number of tools you connect, so adding one moves you up a tier. It isn't a new project.
What happens in a busy month?
Consults queue and process in order, so volume never breaks anything. Each plan covers a set number of onboardings a month, and anything over that bills a small per-onboarding overage.
