About

One click. Fully onboarded. That was the dream.

For years we watched firms do it the hard way. Then we built the thing that does it in one click. This is that story.

The dream of one-click onboarding

Picture it. Your client says yes, you hit save, and everything that used to eat the rest of the afternoon just… happens. The fee agreement drafts itself. The matter opens. The invoice goes out. The welcome email lands before the client reaches their car. No re-typing, no sticky notes, no “did anyone actually send that?” That is one-click onboarding, and it is not a someday fantasy. We see it work in our engagements every week, and Onboardin5 is us bringing it to life for every firm.

Founded on customer experience

Onboardin5 was founded by a former Head of Customer Experience at NASA. When your day job is how a high-stakes organization treats the people counting on it, you learn one thing fast: the first few minutes decide everything. Law is no different. What a client feels in the hours right after they say yes sets the tone for the entire relationship. Nail that stretch and the rest gets easier. Fumble it and you spend months making up for it.

Where it comes from

Law Firm Architects rebuilds how law firms run. Immigration, estate planning, personal injury, all over the country, we kept tripping over the same gap: a client commits, and then… crickets. Days of invisible busywork while someone re-keys the same details into five systems. We closed that gap by hand, firm after firm, until it was obvious it should be a product. So we made one.

What we believe

A new client should feel looked after from minute one. Welcomed, set up, moving, without a single person on your staff drowning in data entry to make it look effortless. Your team should be practicing law, not babysitting a client’s details from tool to tool. And because this is privileged data, effortless is not enough on its own: everything is walled off, encrypted, and behind two-factor by default. Fast and safe, or it does not ship.

Onboardin5 is a product of Law Firm Architects LLC, based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Want to watch it run on your stack? Book a demo.
